About Us
We are small coffee roasters born in Trieste. We are the first “special” coffee shop in town and we want to bring a new, more urban way of experiencing coffee in trieste.
What we do
In Trieste, the Coffee Capital, we roast small batches of specialty coffee by hand, truly special coffees free of primary defects. We prepare them in Espresso, but also with alternative methods, experimenting with different preparations including cocktails.
